Paramount and Marvel today announced that the Thor Blu-ray 3D, 2D and DVD release date is September 13. They also shared the cover art for all versions and a snapshot of the bonus features.
Each version of Thor on Blu-ray will include around 80 minutes of bonus features. They will include, but are not limited to, a feature that delves deep into the Marvel Universe, The Avengers sneak peek, a featurette on director Kenneth Branagh and more.
Thor stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Kat Dennings, Anthony Hopkins, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgard, Clark Gregg and Idris Elba. (Source)
A featurette showcasing Chris Hemsworth during the filming of Marvel Studios blockbuster Thor was just released. Take a look at this new featurette clip which also includes brand new interviews with the cast from the upcoming DVD and blu-ray release. Thor becomes available on DVD and blu-ray on September 13th.
Although no official release date for Marvel Studios’ film, Thor has been announced, Amazon now has the film available for pre-order! Fans will be able to choose from a 3-disc set or a 2-disc set. No word on special features (if any) will be included:
